Josie's Birthday

Miss Josie B. Our quiet one. Our meek one. Our level headed one. And then we hit the tweenage years!!! Oh I tell you what this one is going to make us earn our paycheck!!! She is still a simple girl with simple needs but she has found her voice now and is expressing her dislike of things. Almost all of those things include Hannah!! But that is no way to start off a birthday blog! Let's give you a little more insight into the enigma that is Jocelyn Bree Davis!!

Here it is the Donut Cake!!! I got the idea years ago and just thought this year was right. Josie loves donuts so I bought plain cake donuts and put my own blue icing on them. I did the first layer and Josie and Cameron did the rest of it. I think it turned out kinda cool!!

All Josie cared about all evening long was getting to light the candles. I guess I should let them play with open flames more often so it isn't such excitement when they get to light little ole candles ;)

Right now she is enjoying a beautiful and of course very LOUD rendition of 'Happy Birthday!' I am telling you guys you would of been immensely proud of Jason. So loud so proud.

Josie with her Nintendo DS lite. It has Transformers on it. At this point and time Josie did a lovely vanishing trick. She already had a new game for it so after we all choked on the puff of dust she left behind we pretty much didn't see the Birthday girl again.

This weekend we are having another gathering for her so all our friends can come and say Happy Birthday to Josie. We got a nice little nip in the air and Naomi and Mike are going to let us borrow their fire pit. We are roasting marshmallows and sipping on hot chocolate!! See you then!!
